In North Kent, Special Sergeant Jon and paramedic Mark respond to a call to help a police unit in need of immediate back up as a man has been stopped for having no insurance and has anger is escalating out of control. Special Constable Tom uses the police national database to track down a van known for catalytic converter thefts.
