It's the height of the season for the Brits chasing dreams in the sun, and the Norfolk owners of a French hotel have to call for reinforcements when they can't cope with customer numbers. In Mallorca, after an exhausting few weeks, a family from the north east finally opens their restaurant, and it's crunch time for two young bar owners on the Costa del Sol when their chef quits.
