Denise Nurse joins a couple ready to leave their 1930's semi in Surrey and relocate to East Devon. With a budget of £700,000 they are dreaming of a large rural retreat. The period property they are after should be secluded with great views. A large kitchen diner and an ample garden are on their list too. They also need three bedrooms for when their grown-up children come and visit.
