Nicki Chapman is in East Devon helping an outdoors-loving couple armed with £850,000 who are ready to leave their hectic life in St. Albans behind them and buy a rural family home within reach of the coast before their son starts school.

Along the way Nicki drops in on a boat building family in Beer, who for over 70 years have been making and restoring traditional vessels designed and built for Devon's shores.
