There are two counties for the price of one today as Nicki Chapman visits Somerset and Dorset with a buyer from London who is in search of a new life and a new home in the countryside for her £800k budget.

Whilst in the area, Nicki also visits the town of Frome to learn how a fridge (yes, a fridge!) is helping to bring the local community together.
