For the first time, Andrew sits down with the comic actor, author and activist. She reveals the story behind the birth of Kath & Kim's Sharon Strzelecki, the source of chain smoking Lynne Postlethwaite's words of wisdom and how her tendency to collapse into uncontrollable giggles has cost television producers a fortune.

Magda also gets extremely personal as she discusses her late father's experiences as a Polish resistance assassin in World War II, her very public weight battle and why she thinks homophobia prevented her from pursuing a career in Hollywood after the mammoth success of Babe.

She looks back on her contribution to the same-sex marriage campaign and, in an emotional moment, pays tribute to her mother, who passed away shortly before the vote was passed.
