James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning where he's serving up a feast of fantastic food for actress Catherine Tyldesley, who'll be discussing her new ITV drama Viewpoint.

There'll be recipes for seabass, chicken and potato cakes, there's a Mother's Day inspired Masterclass and chefs Atul Kochhar and Francesco Mazzei will be serving up some dishes of their own.
