Dennis and Melanie are two professionals who are on the hunt for a lake house that can serve as both their home and workspace. Melanie is looking for a space that can accommodate her dance business, while Dennis wants the perfect man cave. During their search, they tour three different properties. The first home is a beautiful modern open-concept house with high-end finishes and a great lower-level gym. The second property is a massive 9,000-square-foot house situated on naturally rocky terrain, and the last one has a bright contemporary feel to it and boasts an impressive indoor theater.
