This small home has a big history for mother Roxy and her daughter Dee. Purchased 10 years ago after working as a nurse, Roxy took pride in the space she provided her daughter with. Dee, now grown and a co-owner of the home, is in need of a more practical and private space to share with her mother and wants to buy them a better home. Realtor David uses his expertise to find the perfect match for both women, while Designer Hillary brainstorm's a bungalow renovation.
