An ex-convict---who claims he is owed $50 million from an art heist---straps a tamper-proof bomb to Sammo's chest and gives him eight hours to get the money. Unfortunately, the 15-year-old case was never solved, and no one, including the ex-con, knows who masterminded the crime.
