Champions-elect Liverpool travelled to Watford, who remain in relegation trouble despite an upturn in form since they lost at Anfield in Nigel Pearson's first game in charge in December. Many of Watford's fellow strugglers were also at home, with Bournemouth hosting Chelsea, Brighton facing fierce rivals Crystal Palace, and West Ham taking on Southampton.
