Documentary following a mentorship scheme designed to help new nurses stay in the profession and reverse a trend in which more than a third are looking for new roles. Newly qualified nurse Lauren has reached breaking point in one of the busiest A&E departments in the UK, so mentor Taz tries to negotiate an urgent move for her to a new part of the hospital.
