4 - 4: Pies and Tarts

The ten remaining hopefuls have to create pies and tarts this week. They start with signature double-crusted fruit pies, followed by custard tarts in the technical challenge and finish by making pies made with filo pastry for the showstopper. At the end of the show there is another elimination.
