4 - 7: Pastry

The remaining contestants are given three tasks involving pastry. They begin by having to make the signature suet puddings. Mary's technical challenge sees them having to make choux buns filled with creme patissiere and topped with ganache. They finally have to create three different types of perfectly puffed pastries in the showstopper round. At the end of the show there is another elimination.
