6 - 2: Artist's Residence, Brighton

Alex's travels to the Artist Residence in Brighton which is a nine-bedroom bed and breakfast run by 21-year-old student Justin. The place has been decorated and is staffed by up-and-coming artists in an effort to become a cross between an art gallery and a hotel, but it is failing badly on both fronts.
