Alex makes his way to a hotel located in the Dorset countryside which has stables, an outdoor pool and a cricket pitch. The owners of the hotel have witnessed a steady decline in bookings recently after they stopped letting it out for profitable functions. Alex attempts to offer them advise in turning things around.
