George meets with Vanessa Ford Robbins and her partner Nik Huddy who have purchased Longhurst Lodge, a Victorian gate lodge on the boundaries of a country estate in Surrey. The property has been derelict for nearly 50 years and Nik and Vanessa want to bring the place back to life.
