Sam wants to meet the father she's never known before she dies and gets help from Lauren and Finn. Karen wants to promote a positive image of the school and hires Linda Wickes to help put a positive spin on things. Richard Whitman, the Director of Education, shows up unannounced, and he disapproves of both the PR launch and Karen's professionalism.
